Hi I am looking for help with this theme .. I am using it on the front of the site and having a problem I updated the theme last week and I saw that there is now a menu in the theme and started adding links .. how ever I have added home and site info with about 4 links under that header and there is no drop down for them
any help would be great

I’ve emailed you an example dropdown menu code, hope it’s what you where looking for.
I installed the theme 1.0 and it worked. I upgraded to 1.3.1 and it removed my tabs and video from home page. All the style is changed and missing layout.

I’m not sure what you mean with ‘removed my tabs and video’. Can you give me any more information?
Videos might not be showing because the index page is showing excerpts and not the full content. Find line 31 in index.php,
< ? php the_excerpt(); ? > replace this with < ? php the_content(); ? >
Any changes you made to the old code was overwritten when you uploaded the new theme. The new version uses a wordpress feature for menus, it no longer lists categories or pages like version 1.
Can you send me the old version. I need tabs on my web pages for each category.
I made the tabs come back with the menu thank you but the style is all over the place with text not in a nice row like before. Also videos are visible from tabs in menu for each category but not the home page why/
Are you able to change the index file as in the post above? It should fix the problem with the videos.

Jag testkör Star och undrar två saker. Det första jag undrar är hur jag får till en bild i slidern (eller något i slidern överhuvudtaget)? Kan jag välja att ha en enda heltäckande bild/bilder istället för liten bild med text? Sista frågan är då, om det nu är möjligt med en heltäckande bild, vilka måtten är?

Star använder en egen inläggstyp som heter ‘slider’, den finns i administrationsmenyn när du är inloggad. För att få en bild i slidern måste du välja inlägget där du vill ha bilden, och välja bilden som ‘Featured image’ längst ner till höger på sidan.
För att få en heltäckande bild måste koden ändras, jag måste testa lite och återkommer senare. Annars rekommenderar jag storleken w658xh162, så får den plats under inläggets titel men ingen brödtext visas.
Hm… Jag får det inte att fungera. Valde en bild som featured image men ser den inte i sidhuvudet. Valde 658 x 162 som du skrev bara för att se. Men den lär knappast täcka hela utrymmet? Någon rubrik eller brödtext ska jag inte ha. Jag ska inte ens posta inlägg utan bara använda mig av sidor. Så vill bara få din en bild/bilder i sidhuvuds slider.
Okej, du vill ha en statisk bild? Det kan vi fixa.
Jag föreslår att du öppnar filen star-slideshow.png ( eller den i psd format om du kan) och klistrar in din bild i rutan. Sen kan du ladda upp den nya bildfilen som ersättning. Då är bildstorleken (rutan) ca 700 x220.
